At Oral Radiologists, we currently utilize Blue Sky Plan software to plan our implant cases. We will virtually place an implant with the software and send you images and/or videos of the placement location for final approval. A surgical guide will be made and shipped to you.
In order to fabricate a surgical guide we will need the CBCT image data and one of the following: Intraoral scan of the arch (typically .stl file format, this is the most accurate method),
or
CBCT scan of a stone model of the arch containing the site of the desired implant (not as accurate).
