I just downloaded and read an ebook by Instrumentarium called “3 Ways 3D Imaging Has Patients Saying, “YES!”. There were some interesting tidbits from this sly method of getting me to read their promotional pamphlet for their new OP300.
The whole argument is that 3D imaging can increase patient case acceptance. I think if you ask dentists who use the technology, they would largely agree. It’s so much easier to show something in 3 dimensions than to try to explain it. Probably the biggest inluence on patients is implant case acceptance.
